Christian Wehner is a keynote speaker, SPIEGEL bestselling author and creator of the KIDULT philosophy – the approach that makes childlike curiosity the most important competency in the age of AI. As Senior Director Innovation Strategy at SAP SE and visiting lecturer at EBS University x Brand Academy, he combines scientific substance with authentic humour. He learned his craft from BJ Bartlett – Steve Jobs' personal presentation trainer. His keynotes inspire organisations including Volkswagen, Siemens, Microsoft, Adidas, BCG and Deloitte. Languages: German & English.
Christian Wehner is a keynote speaker, SPIEGEL bestselling author and creator of the KIDULT philosophy. He shows why childlike thinking is not a nostalgic look back – but the most powerful competency a human being can have in the age of AI.
At 37, he is Senior Director Innovation Strategy at SAP SE and visiting lecturer at the EBS University x Brand Academy (Financial Times Top 50 Business Schools worldwide). He is a TEDx speaker whose keynotes inspire organisations including Volkswagen, Siemens, Microsoft, Adidas, BCG and Deloitte. He learned his craft from BJ Bartlett – Steve Jobs' personal presentation trainer.
His career was anything but linear: he left school without qualifications, managed media at Red Bull, helped build Germany's third-fastest-growing technology company as an early employee, and became a SPIEGEL bestselling author. Today he is an ambassador for the School of Future Skills and an independent keynote speaker – across four continents, in German and English.
His central thesis: what makes us irreplaceable in the age of AI is not what we have learned over the course of our careers. It is what we have lost along the way.

One thread. Four topic areas.
AI & Future Skills
The competition of knowledge is over. What makes us irreplaceable is not what we have learned – but what we have lost along the way. Childlike thinking as the most powerful AI anti-code.
Innovation & Culture Change
Your organisation knows too much and asks too little. Innovation culture is not created by programmes – but by stopping the systematic unlearning of what people naturally bring.
Leadership & Intuition
AI optimises. Intuition navigates. The decisive leadership competency of the AI age is not control – it is knowing what to hand over and what not to.
Sales & Resonance
Your best argument? AI has it too. The decisive sales competency is not software. AI knows the data. You know the person behind it.
